I'm Juan Firmansyah. For the last ten years, I've operated at the intersection of commercial strategy and execution — building the GTM systems, sales teams, and operating cadences that turn ambition into recurring, predictable revenue.
My work spans five industries on purpose: FMCG taught me distribution and volume; Healthcare taught me long cycles and trust; HRTech taught me product-led motion and partnerships; Social Enterprise taught me mission-aligned commercial models; and Professional Services taught me how to package expertise itself into a sellable, scalable offer.
The thread across all of them is the same: clarity of strategy, discipline of execution, and a genuine belief that revenue is what happens when teams are led well. I'm executive on outcomes — and unapologetically human on the path there.

Cost-plus pricing protects margin; value-led pricing creates category leaders.

Predictable rituals are what turn a group of sellers into a real commercial organisation.
- 04Lead the humans, not the dashboard.
Numbers are the by-product of clarity, trust and standards — not the other way around.
